Mr. William Paul Rumsey, 37, passed away on January 9, 2017. He was born on March 2, 1979 to Paul and Margaret Rumsey.
Billy loved spending his time landscaping and worked on a ranch. He will be remembered as a very well mannered and respectful young man. He will be truly missed.
He is also survived by one brother, Jimmie Rumsey (Melissa); one sister, Jessica Keezer (George); and girlfriend, Magan Farmer.
