William H Harper Jr. November 17, 2015 age 74. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Wanda Harper; daughter, Joyce Stinehelfer; son, Randall (Traci) Harper; brothers, John Harper, Fred Harper, Elmer Harper; sisters, Delores Breedlove, Frances Qualls, and Evelyn Blackman; half-sister, Helen Green; grandchildren, Michael Stinehelfer, Hannah Stinehelfer, Clayton Harper and Makenzi Harper. Visitation will be at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home White House Thursday from 2-8pm. Chapel service will be Friday November 20 at 12 Noon. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
