Dr. Warren Thomas Hill, age 78, of Springfield, passed away Saturday, February 21, 2015.
He was a loving husband, father and grandfather, and a devoted family man. Dr. Hill was a U.S. Air Force veteran and had been a practicing physician for 50 years. He had a family practice in Hendersonville from 1968-1972, was the Director of the Emergency Room at Nashville Memorial Hospital from 1972-1995, and was the former owner of the Urgent Care Clinic in Goodlettsville from 2004-2011.
Dr. Hill was preceded in death by his wife of 46 years, Patricia Hill.
He is survived by his daughters, Lisa McPherson (Marty), Angie Vaughan (Robert), and Margaret Dennis; grandchildren, Katy Hauge (James), Duncan McPherson, Alexandra Vaughan, Abby Vaughan, Sarah Dennis, and John Dennis; a brother, John Hill; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and other family.
The family will receive friends from 4-8pm Sunday and again from 11am-12pm Monday at the Mt. Sharon Cumberland Presbyterian Church. A Memorial Service will be conducted at 12pm Monday at the church with Rev. Jason Mikel officiating.
In Lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Mt. Sharon Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Building Fund, 4634 Mt. Sharon Road, Greenbrier, TN 37073.
