Walton Peace

PEACE, Walton L. age 87 of Goodlettsville passed away October 24, 2013. He is preceded in death by his parents, Lonnie and Flora Peace. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Imogene Settle Peace; children, Ron (Cathi) Peace, Neil (Tammy) Peace; grandchildren, Cara (Roger) Burrows, Caysa (Jason) Elliott, Cory (Kelsey) Peace and Jordan Peace; great grandchildren, Cameron Cavanaugh, Cole Burrows and Parks Elliott; sister, Nola Mae Moore; 2 nieces; 1 nephew. Walton graduated from the University of TN and received his Masters and EDS from Peabody College. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict. He retired from the State Dept of Education with 37 years of service. He was a member of Bellshire UMC for 54 years. Family wishes to thank Clare Bridge Assisted Living and Avalon Hospice for their loving care. Family will receive friends Sunday October 27, 2013 4-6pm at Cole & Garrett Goodlettsville. Funeral Service will be Monday at 12pm at Bellshire United Methodist Church, 1201 Westchester Dr. Nashville, TN 37207 with visitation from 10:30am until Service time.
