Wallace Lee Boswell, age 84 of Goodlettsville passed away August 18, 2016. Mr. Boswell was born on April 4, 1932 in Nashville to the late Mosier Lee Boswell and Ruby Mai Perry Boswell. He was a 1951 graduate of Isaac Litton High School. He joined the Navy in 1952 and met his wife the same year. After his naval service they moved back to Nashville and started their family. He was retired from Gardner Auto Parts the "biggest little parts house in Dixie" after 50 years of service in 2002. Mr. Boswell was a member of the Masonic Lodge, his membership being with the B.V.E.N. # 560 where he was a 50 year member. He was a wonderful Christian husband and a loving dad; he will be deeply missed. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Frances Boswell; son, Troy (Kendra) Boswell; grandchildren, Liza Jane and Cash Boswell; brother, James (Sonja) Boswell and sister, Janice (Danny) Duke. Funeral Services will be conducted on Sunday, August 21st at 2:00 P.M. from the Chapel of Cole & Garrett Funeral Home with Bro. Don Law officiating. Interment with military honors will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be on Saturday, August 20th from 4-7 P.M. and Sunday from 12 P.M. until service time.
