Butler, Virginia Yeager – January 1, 2009. Age 78, of Nashville. Preceded in death by her husband, Patrick James Butler, Sr. Survived by son, Patrick J. Butler, Jr.; daughters, Nora Krause David and Stephanie Shorey Lt. Col. Alan; grandchildren Davey Krause, Lilly Krause, Charlie Shorey and Alan Patrick Shorey; brothers, Jimmy Max Yeager Pam, Claude Yeager Betty ; sisters, Mary Meine Frank, Fredricka Bolling James, and Dr. Janet Goktepe. Virginia received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama, and was employed as a teacher and a church organist. She retired after 20 years as an instructor at the State Area Vocational School. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church for 35 years. Visitation will be Sunday, January 4, 2009 from 1 – 5 p.m., at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home. Funeral service to be held 11 a.m. Monday, January 5, 2009 at Immanuel Baptist Church.
