Thomas Ondrejcak

THOMAS DAVID ONDREJCAK, age 60 of Goodlettsville, passed away on Thursday October 7, 2010 after a courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife, Linda Gail Ondrejcak; sons, Thomas Heather Ondrejcak, Jr., Andrew Ondrejcak and Dwight Davis; daughter, Jenadi Ben Talbot; nephew, Dave Heather Ondrejcak. 5 grandchildren also survive. His family will receive friends from 4 – 8 P.M. on Friday October 8 at Hendersonville Funeral Home and from 12 P.M. until service time at 2 P.M. on Saturday October 9 at Calvary Chapel at Rivergate. Services will be conducted by Pastor Jerry McAnulty. Active pallbearers will include, Dave Dixon, John Brenzie, Noel Walters, Larry Darkangelo, Grant Lewis and Greg Saunders.
