MAYFIELD, Thomas H. age 88 of Nashville passed away August 14, 2006.He is preceded in death by his wife, Gertrude Mayfield. Survived by son, Doug Valerie Mayfield; brother, Billy Judy Mayfield; grandchildren, Tim and Josh Garrigus, and nieces and nephews. Mr. Mayfield served
as a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Army. He was a devoted member of St.Johns United Methodist Church. Graveside services will be Thursday August 17, 2006 at 1 pm at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens with Bro. David Lay officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers, and the Mens Bible study class at St. Johns United Methodist Church will serve as honorary pallbearers. The procession will leave West Harpeth Funeral Home at 12:30pm. Visitation will be Wednesday from 2-8pm and Thursday from 10-12 noon.
