Survived by sons, Gary Shona Smith and Tommy Melanie Smith; daughter, Terri Smith; grandchildren, Preston, Peyton, Tyler and Lilly Smith. The funeral service will be at 12 noon on Monday, August 11, 2008 at West Harpeth Funeral Home. Interment at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens.
