Tammy Lynn Meadows, age 61, passed away March 18, 2021. She was born in Nashville, TN to the late William and Neola Littrell. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Jerry "Bo" Meadows; sons, William Cory Meadows and Shane Austin Meadows; grandchildren, Cadence Meadows, and Kimberly Meadows, siblings, Ronnie Littrell, Wanda (Barry) Lannom, and Debbie (David) Pigna. Visitation will be at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, Goodlettsville on Saturday March 27 from 12 Noon until service time at 2pm. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
