Survived by daughter, Tara Turner (Chris); grandchildren, Cooper and Presley Turner; 3 brothers and 1 sister. Mrs. Smoak's wishes were to be cremated and that memorial donations be made to, Millersville Elementary School, 1248 Louisville Highway, Goodlettsville, TN 37072.
