Steve D. Cook "Cookie", age 68 of Millersville passed away peacefully at home on May 22, 2015. Steve was born in Madison, Tennesse on October 15, 1946 to the late Andy and Freeda Cook. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Rodney L. Cook. He is survived by his sisters, Patricia (Roy) Averitt of Millersville and Donna F. Cook of Evansville, IN; and several nieces and nephews. Steve loved to fish and anything to do with cars; he was also an avid Dale Earnhardt, Sr. and Jr. fan. A Life Celebration Service will be held on Tuesday, May 26th at 11:00 A.M. from the Chapel of Cole & Garrett in Goodlettsville. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery in White House.
