Sally Davenport, April 13, 2016, age 63 of Goodlettsville. She is survived by her husband of nearly 30 years, Randy Davenport; daughters, Kim (Nick) Kleeberg and Rebekah (Scotty) Rogowski; grandchildren, Lauren and Luke Kleeberg, and Lily Rogowski; father, Jack (Nellie) Lentz, Sr.; mother, Sylvia (Calvin) Harmer; sisters, Marsha Hellstrom, Cindy Binkley; brothers, Doc Nauman, Rod Nauman, Jack Lentz, Jr.; and of course her beloved dogs, Sammy and Maggie. Sally was the owner of Nashville Express Travel. She had a very strong faith in God, and fully put her faith in His hands. To her family, she was also known as the ‘animal whisperer' due to her love for just about any animal. She loved flowers, and was very crafty. She often sewed, and even made her own soaps and lotions. Sally and the family loved camping, and going on vacation. A celebration of her life will be on Sunday April 17 at 3pm at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, Goodlettsville. Visitation will be from 1pm until service time, with a balloon release immediately following the service. For those desiring, donations in her memory may be made to the Sumner County Humane Association.
