88, died January 22, 2014 in Nashville, TN. She was born on November 26, 1924 in Pittsburgh, PA. She was the daughter of the late Gerald J. Faley and Ann McCann Faley Rees. She was a graduate of St. Bernard Grade School and Mt. Lebanon High School (PA). She received a RN at Mercy School of Nursing in Pittsburgh, PA Sally was preceded in death by a son, Gerald Patrick Buchanan and husband Dr. James L. Buchanan, MD. She is survived by her son James L. Buchanan, Jr. of Oak Hill, VA; daughters Sally Ann Buchanan of Nashville, TN; and Mari Beth Buchanan Meals of Pittsburgh, PA; and 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, February 8, 2014. at St. Gabriel Roman Catholic Church in Whitehall, PA. Following the Mass, interment will take place in the Calvary Cemetery Pittsburgh (Hazelwood), PA.
