Richards, Ruth V., Age 86 of Nashville. October 7, 2007. Preceded in death by husband, John R. Richards; father Emil C. Venz; mother Nettie S. Venz. Survived by daughters, Jan Wayne Hipps, Lynn AI Wilson, and, Julie Steve Richard; grandsons, Chris Conner Hipps, Jason Mandy LaForte, Chad Hipps, John Julie LaForte, Jim LaForte; great grandchildren, Carter and Walker Hipps, Halle LaForte and Joanna LaForte; sister, Olive Miller. The memorial service will be at 7 pm on Tuesday, October 9, 2007 at West Harpeth Funeral Home, with Rev. Michael O'Bannon officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alive Hospice, Belle Meade Methodist Church, or The Humane Association.
