Ronald Cook

Ronald C. Cook, 76, of Goodlettsville, passed away Monday, April 27, 2020 at his home. Born December 31, 1943 in Macon County, TN, Ron was the son of the late Wiseman C. Cook and Isabell (Cassety) Cook. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Robbie Huddleston. Ron served his country honorably in the United States Air Force before moving to Nashville and meeting the love of his life, Jan. They were married for 52 years. Ron had worked in quality control for Oscar Mayer for several years and later worked at and retired from Peterbilt. He was a 53 year member of the Madison Church of Christ where he was also a deacon. Ron was active in serving the church and loved to help others in the name of Jesus. Ron was a loving, joyful, and devoted husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Janice (Harbison) Cook; his son Phil and his wife Tracie; his daughter Holly McAdams and her husband Marc; three grandchildren, Grayson Cook, Blake McAdams & Rachel McAdams; and his brother, Roger Cook. A private graveside service will be held at Beech Cemetery in Hendersonville.
