ROBERT LAWSON HICKS WATSON, Jr., age 71 of Hendersonville, Tn., Saturday, March 5, 2011. He was the owner of Watson Insurance Agency since 1984. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Patsy Watson; daughters, Patricia Barry Dodd, Darlene Higgenbottom, Terri Jim Martin and Karol Andy Fuqua and his son Hicks Denise Watson, III; brother Wayne Watson. 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren also survive. His family will receive friends from 4 - 8 p.m. on Sunday March 6 and from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. on Monday March 7 at Hendersonville Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 8 from the Chapel of Hendersonville Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Sharpe and Rev .Johnny Carver officiating. Friends will serve as pallbearers. Interment will be in Hendersonville Memory Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to Alive Hospice or the American Cancer Society.
