Survived by wife, Nancy Butler Thomas; daughter, Karlos Anne Thomas; grandchildren, Chuck Kathy Holland, Joy Bishop; great-grandchildren, C.J., Ty, and Karoline Holland, Luke and Grace Bishop; brother, Floyd Thomas. The funeral service will be at 9 am on Monday, June 16, 2008 at West Harpeth Funeral Home. Active pallbearers are Chuck Holland, Greg Underwood, Mike Kelly, Bobby Carpenter, Scott Williams, and Pat Stephens. Tennessee Highway Patrol to stand as honor guard. Honorary pallbearers are Doug Bradbury, Dr. John A. Bruno, Bart Butler, Thomas J. Cantwell, T.G. Fite, Mahlon Greene, Jim Holland, Jerry Kemp, A.M. Lashlee, David Patton, Dan Raper, Brownlee Reagan, Dr. Leon Rheuland, the members of the Almenah Clown Unit, and the Tennessee Highway Patrol Retired Troopers Association.
