Robert Spencer

SPENCER, Robert "Bob", age 77 of Hendersonville. April 12, 2007. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dean and Ruby Spencer of Bluefield, WV. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Bruce Scott Spencer; his son, William Vicki Spencer; two daughters, Debbie Joe Abraham and Lisa Spencer; two grandsons, Chris Amanda Spencer and Alex fiance, Whitney Spencer; two great-grandchil-dren, Bo and Kaylee Spencer; his sister, Mildred Van Noy; and numerous friends whom he also considered family. Robert retired from Boeing International in 1986. He also served in the United States Air Force for four years and was stationed in Germany. His legacy of caring and friendship will be carried on by those who were fortunate enough to know him. Funeral services will be conducted 4 p.m. Saturday, April 14, 2007 from the Chapel of Hendersonville Funeral Home, with burial to follow in the Hendersonville Memory Gardens. Visitation with the Spencer family will be from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. and from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Friday, April 13, 2007; from 2 p.m. until the time of service Saturday, at Hendersonville Funeral Home.
