Robbie Brinkley

Robbie LaSalle Brinkley, age 55 of Goodlettsville passed away at Skyline Medical Center on Thursday, September 1, 2022.

She was born on August  23 1967, in Madison to the late Robert Lee and Mymie Brinkley. Robbie was a graduate of Whites Creek High School and worked the last 39 years for Kroger’s. She was a long-time member of the Church of Christ at Kings Lane. She loved animals and was always looking to help an animal in need. During the Katrina Hurricane in New Orleans Robbie sent money to help the displaced animals until their owners could return.

Robbie loved life and did it well. She had a big heart and loved everyone through heart and spirit. She enjoyed reading, music, movies and had a great sense of humor.

In addition to her parents, Robbie is preceded in death by her grandparents, Susie and Herk Woods and Bessie Patton.

Robbie is survived by her fiancé, Claude Armstrong; siblings, Robert H. (Diane) Williams, Sheryl Ann Brinkley and Dawn Euricka Smith; nephew, Reginald H. (Yolanda) Williams; great nephew, Ryan H. Williams; and great nice Jada (Jathneil) Bunche Church family and a host of other relatives and friends.

A Life Celebration will be held on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at Noon with Brother Ken Gaines officiating. Visitation with the family will be on Tuesday, September 6, 2022, from 6:00 – 8:00pm then again on Wednesday from 11:00 am until the time of service.
