SULLIVAN, Richard Chadwick "Chad" passed away on July 18, 2006. Mr. Sullivan was a EMT-IV at Williamson Co. Medical Center. He was former Fairview Auxiliary Police officer, Firefighter, and EMA plans officer. Mr. Sullivan helping everyone but enjoyed the most working as an EMT-IV at Williamson Medical Center with his friends and family. He is survived buy his wife and unborn child Kandi Sullivan; son, Samuel Ryan Sullivan; parents, Ronald G. & Chris Sullivan; brother, Chance Hughes Linda sister, Kim Hughes; nieces Page, Kelsy, Sidney, Payton Sharp; nephewsDalton, and drew Hughes, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Funeral services will be held on Saturday July 22, 2006 at 10 A.M. at the Harpeth Hills Funeral Home with Tim and Ted Gentle officiating. Interment will follow in the Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Active Pallbearers will be Randy Middleton, Brad Welch, Chris Yates, Andy Adams, Phil Jarosz, Dakota Day, Joey Stanley, Joe Singer, John Mayberry. Honorary pallbearers will be James Skinner, Brad Welch, Fairview Police Chief Terry Harris, Williamson Co. Sheriff Ricky Headley, Brentwood Police Captain Jeff Hughes and all EMS, EMA, EOC, and all fellow Fire and Police personnel. Visitation will be on Friday July 21, 2006 from 11-2 and 5-8. In Lieu of flowers/donations, a trust fund has been set up for Samuel Ryan Sullivan at First Bank 2202 Fairview Blvd. Fairview TN. 37062.
