Crawford, Rex M. of Bellevue passed away unexpectedly on March 16, 2011. Rex was the owner of Crawford Lawncare Services. As a creative and compassionate Keeper of the Earth he beautified each environment that he touched. His seasonal light displays and immaculate grounds won awards, merited media coverage and delighted his neighbors. Rex recently completed the meticulous reconstruction of his dream-home which had been destroyed in the flood of May 2010. Rex was predeceased by his parents Rex and Jane Crawford of Brentwood. He is survived by his devoted wife of 20 years Paula and her daughter Jenna Gregory James. Also surviving are Rex's sisters, Beverly Chenault Dave of Atlanta, Colleen Mast George of Pittsburgh and Kathleen Crawford Jon Adams of Atlanta and nephews Thomas, Kevin and Michael Mast and Henry Adams. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 23rd from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Harpeth Hills on Hwy. 100 in Nashville, TN. Graveside services will be held immediately following.
