Rebecca Chappell

Rebecca Hardy Chappell, 71 of Roswell GA. Entered into rest on Good Friday, March 25, 2016. Becky was the daughter of Chester and Leona Hardy of Goodlettsville and Granddaughter of Dr. C.E. Hardy who was past president of Trevecca Nazarene College. She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents and sister Sue Hardy Locke. She was a graduate of Goodlettsville High School class of 1962 and attended Peabody University. She was a Law Office administrator for Travelers Insurance Company. Survived by her husband of 35 years, Morris Chappell. Two sons, Daniel Bowers, Jr. and Mike Bowers (Sherry); one Granddaughter, Brandi Huey and Great Grandson Weston Huey; also surviving, daughter, Dawn and son, David of Morris Chappell; siblings, Jeanie Hardy, Lois Leal, Chester Hardy (Tammy) and many nieces and nephews. A celebration of her life will be at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, Goodlettsville on Wednesday, March 30 at 11:00 am with Bro. Jack Galloway officiating. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Interment will be at 2:00 pm at Walker Family Cemetery, Fairview, TN. Visitation with the family will be Tuesday, March 29 from 3 to 8 p.m.
