Raymond Foster

Raymond Lewis Foster, 78, of Goodlettsville passed away Thursday, January 5th, 2023, at NHC Healthcare Hendersonville. Born in Summertown, TN September 20th, 1944, he was the son of the late Charles E. and Martha L. Foster. Raymond was also preceded in death by his brothers, Alton and Wayne Foster, daughter, Dianne Key, and granddaughter Abby Foster.

Mr. Foster was a Mechanical Engineer and enjoyed being outdoors. His favorite past time was playing golf. If he wasn’t playing golf, you could find him watching it or a western on television. His wife, Carolyn, describes him as “a Good Man, Husband, and Father to his children”.

He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Foster; his sons Andy (Angie) and Matt (Lisa) Foster; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

A visitation for Raymond will be held at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, White House, TN, Sunday January 8th, 2023, from 2pm to 6pm and Monday, January 9th from 1pm to 2pm. A Celebration of Life Service will be held immediately after visitation on Monday at 2pm followed by interment service at White House Memorial Gardens.

Service will be officiated by Pastor Brandon Pugh.
