Paula Young

Young, Paula (Holt) Jackson, Age 80 of Nashville, November 24, 2012. Born July 27, 1932 to Luther and Ida (Binnion) Holt she was the eighth daughter. She was a member of Northside Church of Christ. She loved to work in the yard, crochet, and made sure everything was beautiful. Preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Ernest Cecil Jackson; her parents and sisters Louise Haggard, Elizabeth Watts, Clara Wolf, Lorene Hogue, and Devona Booker. She is survived by her husband, John Young; daughter, Wanda Farris; son, Johnny (Mollie) Jackson; sisters, Floyd Nash and Ruth Bagwell; grandchildren, Brian (Sherry) Holland, Timmy and Stephen Farris, Nicole and Charlene Jackson, and Brittany Musick; great- grandchildren, Austin, Blaine, and Ashlin Holland, Preston and Ava Farris, Chase Farris, and Christopher Musick: several nieces and nephews. Visitation with the family will be 2-8 pm Tuesday and 11 am -1pm Wednesday. Funeral service will be 1 pm Wednesday with Pastor Leslie Chapman and Dr. Harry Yates officiating.
