Patricia Cathrine Sullivan, aged 89, passed away on April 12th, 2025. She was born to the historical town of Ann Arbor, Michigan on November 17th, 1935, to her parents, Frank & Gertrude Parker, who have preceded her in death. She was raised alongside her elder brothers, Joseph Parker and Thomas Parker, who have also preceded her. During her lifetime, she had two sons with James Sullivan, Anthony and Thomas, who married Cici and Faith. Her children survive her, as well as Anthony & Cici's children, Samuel and Grace.
Having worked in a fast-paced environment at Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan, Patricia was known as a no-nonsense woman. Whether taking orders for her patients or raising her children to be the best and brightest, she was straight in her path. Later in her life, she travelled to several parts of China with her son Anthony and his wife, Cici. Since she had travelled to few other places, she took her time gathering souvenirs and brought home plenty of antiques. Her home was truly her own, filled with things she cherished. Every part of her house was filled with craft supplies - fabric, glitter, and enough knitting tools to last a lifetime. She knew she would never have to visit a store to find what she needed. Patricia spent most of her time working on various crafts within her house. What time she had left over, she spent tending to her plants. In the midst of colorful projects, there would always be a spring of green waiting to be tended to.
Services to honor the life of Patricia Sullivan will be held on Thursday, April 17th, 2025. In lieu of a traditional service, the family wishes to share food and stories of their late mother. Visitation will be open for the public from 4:00-5:00 p.m. at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, located on 127 N. Main St., Goodlettsville, TN 37072.
