Pamela Lynn Sciacchitano, age 40 of Gallatin passed away April 29, 2015 at her home. Pam was born in New Orleans, LA on December 27, 1974 to Betty Jean Durbec and Richard Albion Parent. She is survived by her husband, Philip Sciacchitano; children, Dylan and Brandon sons of Michael Carpenter; mother, Jeannie; father, Richard; siblings, Stevie Jones, Terri Tagert, Keith Jones, Karen Potter and Laura Durbec and several nieces and nephews. A Life Celebration Service honoring Pam will be held on Monday, May 4th at 2:00 P.M. from the Chapel of Cole & Garrett Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Beech Cemetery.
