Ophelia Sircy

Sircy, Mrs. Ophelia Josephine Sloan, 85 of Springfield passed away Tuesday, January 15th. Preceded in death by her parents Albert and Bessie Sloan, Husband Bobby Clay Sircy Sr, Brothers Charles, Lilbert, Cortez Sloan and Sister Inez Settles. Survived by Son Bob (Karen) Sircy Jr, Daughters, Diana (Phil) Slate, Debbi Geery. Grandchildren Eli (Nikky) Geery, Toby (Shiloh) Slate, Laura (Jeff) Rooks,Rachael (Trey) Craig, Tabitha Slate, Clay Sircy, Rebecca (Tim) Overstreet, Reed Sircy. Great-Grandchildren Dakota, Tuff and Ty Slate, Caleb Geery and Josie, Greyson Overstreet, Blaise and Ashlyn Craig, Sircy Willa Ramsey. Sisters Opal Foster, Georgie Tyree, Betty Hollows, Pauline Ragan. Many nieces and nephews. Wonderful friends James and Bertha Cole, Wayne and Ann Wingo, Elaine, Barbie and Charlie. Thank you to the nurses Barbie, Christina, Pam and Little Bit at NorthCrest Medical Ctr and everyone on the third floor for being so kind to the family and Mom. Thank you to Hillcrest Church of Christ Family for always being there. The family will receive friends from 3 until 8 pm Friday at Cole and Garrett Funeral Home in Goodlettsville and 12 until 2 pm Saturday. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Saturday at the funeral home with burial at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Grandsons and Paul Ramsey to serve as pallbearers.
