Noble Carson

CARSON, Noble Ray. November 30, 2011, age 73 of Goodlettsville. Preceded in death by his parents, Noble and Maggie Carson, and sister, Montelle Hardwick. Survived by his wife, Evelyn Dale Carson; daughters, Tricia (Rob) Foil, Kansas City, KS, and Raybecca (Greg) Gardner, Dallas, TX; grandchildren, Zach Foil, Katy Foil, Jeb Foil, Brittney Gardner, Maddie Gardner, and Emma Gardner; sisters, Ruth (Herbert) Strickland, Atlanta, GA, and Mary (Bob) Clement, Nashville, TN; brother, Joseph (Carolyn) Carson, Gallatin, TN. Bishop Carson was the pastor of East Dyersburg Pentecostal Church from 1964 until 1969, and then became the pastor at Goodlettsville Pentecostal Church until he retired from full time pastorship in 2005. He then became the presiding Bishop until his home going. Visitation will be at Goodlettsville Pentecostal Church, Friday from 12-2 and 5-9 pm, and Saturday from 10 am until service time at 1 pm. Interment Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
