Nellie White

Nellie Louise White passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 6th, at the age of 91.
Nellie was born March 24, 1923, in Blair, Nebraska to Ida Belle and Johannes B. Miller. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fredrick Earl White; a son, Fredrick Lee White; two brothers and a sister. She is survived by a sister, her daughter, Vicki (Leonard) Ceola; her grandson, Jerry Paul (Christy) Reeves, Jr.; and her great-grandson, Shawn Tyler (Ty) Reeves.
Nellie spent her life in Nebraska, North Dakota, Arkansas, and for the last 12 years in Tennessee. She was a resident at Grace Manor assisted Living Center.
Nellie was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her favorite thing to do was watch her great-grandson, Ty, play baseball.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Thursday, January 8, from 5-8 pm at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, 127 North Main Street, Goodlettsville, Tennessee. Food and refreshments will be served.
