Frances Naomi Davis, age 83 of Goodlettsville, passed away on May 17, 2015 surrounded by her family.

She was born on November 29, 1931 to the late Tommie and Zula Biggs Hester in Springfield.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by husband, Charles O. Davis, son Charles Michael Davis; brother, James Hester and sister, Christine Taylor.

Mrs. Davis is survived by her children Tommy (Claudia) Davis, Teresa (David) Wheeler, Randy (Donna) Davis, Ricky (Kathy) Davis and Bobby (Debbie) Davis; grandchildren, Clint Davis, Casey Davis, Misty Dailey, Derrick Edgin, Chad Davis, Allison Davis, Brian Davis, Alan Davis, Destiny Davis, Deah Thornhill, Derek Thornhill and Justin Wheeler; brother, Clois (Elmora) Hester 24 great- grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

A Life Celebration will be held on Tuesday, May 19, at Cole and Garrett Funeral Home in Goodlettsville, with Pastor Chad Davis officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in White House, TN with Clint Davis, Casey Davis, Derrick Edgin, Brian Davis, Alan Davis, and Derek Thornhill serving as pallbearers. Family will receive friends on Monday, May 18, from 4-8pm then again on Tuesday from 9am until the time of service at the funeral home.
