Nancy M. Merryman, 86, passed away on July 9, 2017 in Gallatin, Tennessee. Born January 8, 1931 in Mingo Junction, Ohio and lived in Hilliard, Ohio, Nashville, Tennessee and Sun City Center, Florida. She was active in the American Legion Auxiliary, past president and a lifetime member.

She is survived by her son John Merryman (Shirley) of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Diane Merryman Adcock (Ronnie) of Brentwood, Tennessee, Janice Merryman Harned (Bobby) of Gallatin, Tennessee son-in-law, Bob Fox of Galloway, Ohio, special sister-in-law and long-time friend Trudy Merryman. Grandma had thirteen grandchildren and many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her life-long sweetheart and husband, Glen A. Merryman, daughter Jeanne Merryman Fox, parents Tony and Marie Bailie, sister Martha Jean Clark and great-grandson Chase Bingham and great-granddaughter Madyson Merryman.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on July 13th at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. Paul Bane of New Hope Community Church will officiate. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 12th from 3:00 - 8:00 PM and one hour before the funeral service on Thursday. Burial will follow at Beech Cumberland Presbyterian Church on Long Hollow Pike in Hendersonville.
