Mary Catherine Eden Wood. Born January 3, 1938. Passed away August 18, 2014. Preceded in death by mother Marie Elizabeth Nocton Eden, and father Herman Charles Eden, son Charles Rosson Wood, and sister Doris Jean Reid Steele. Survived by sister, Theresa Ann Eden Raines; children, Marianne Wood Raynes (Gary), Terri Lynn Wood, Mark Anthony Wood (Karen), William Craig Wood (Amy), Joni Denise Wood Sain (Brad), David Eric Wood (Kristina), James Ross Haygood, Jessica Bam Pepper, Ida Jean Pepper Richey (Cory); grandchildren, Jason Matthew Raynes (Tandy), Brian Michael Raynes, Jeremy Allen Raynes, Jennifer Eden Raynes, Joseph Patrick Raynes (Brittany Milliron), Breanna Leigh Wood, Dylan Reese Wood, Lauren McKenzie Wood, William Ethan Wood, Brooke Eden Sain, Brielle Elaine Sain, Brandon Eugene Sain, Hudson Eric Wood, Hayden Walker Wood; great-grandchildren, Nevan Michael Raynes, Skyler Davis, Jaycee Raynes, Maggie Raynes, Ava Raynes, Haley Lynn Haygood, River Raynes, Jacob Raynes, Ellie Raynes, Abigail Richey, Courtney Richey, Cory Richey. She was the owner of Wood Tax Service and served the Madison community for many years. Visitation will be at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, Goodlettsville Thursday from 4-8pm, and Friday from 2-8pm, with a rosary service at 7pm. Funeral Mass will be Saturday at 10 am at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Madison. Interment to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park. The family would like to give their deepest appreciation to High Point Hospice for all the love and care given to their mother.
