Mary Lee Ralph Brown, Age 90, of Goodlettsville, TN peacefully slipped into heavenly rest on February 18, 2018. She is preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Bethel; parents, Tyree and Ozie Ralph; grandson, Reed Chamberlain; sisters, Betty Sue Black, Margie Christine Goats and brothers, T.W. Ralph and Don Henry Ralph. She is survived by five children - Larry (Cheryl) Brown, Linda (Jimmy) Edwards, Lynette (Terry) Chamberlain, Lesia (Rodney) McCall and Lyndon (Jennifer) Brown. Twelve grandchildren - Phillip (Nicole) Brown, Allison (Jason) Geer, Grant (Ashley) Edwards, Bethany (Matt) Hudson, Rex (Natalie) Chamberlain, Reece (Kimber) Chamberlain, Ryne (Ashlan) Chamberlain, Rob (Bayleigh) Chamberlain, Tyler (Abbey) Brown, Seth Brown, Katlyn Brown and Hannah Brown. Eight great grandchildren - Cory Brown, Cara Brown, Hudson Geer, Ava Hayes Geer, Grady Edwards, Garrett Edwards, Gunner Edwards, Abbie Hudson, Bo Hudson and Elijah Chamberlain. Also survived by sister - Doris (Bill) Dean; brother - David Ralph; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; Shirley Ralph, Frank Pflueger, Bobby Brown, Aaron & Connie Brown. She was born and raised in the Shackle Island Community. She was a homemaker who with her husband raised their five children. She was a school substitute teacher for 40 years. She was a member of the Eastern Star. She was a Children Sunday School teacher for many years. Presently a member of Goodlettsville First Baptist Church. She will always be remembered by those who knew her for her kindness and love for them. She was a loving wife, mother and great grandmother. Her most cherished memories are those with her family and the loved they shared. More than all was her love for her Lord and Savior. Special thanks to Willowbrook Home Health & Hospice, caregivers Lori Jaeckel, Teresa Hoel and Sabrina Bowman who helped her family care for her at home. The family will receive friends at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home in Goodlettsville, Wednesday from 2 - 8 PM. A Life Celebration Service will be held Thursday at 11 AM at Goodlettsville First Baptist Church with visitation from 9 - 11 AM. Interment will follow at Beech Cemetery. Her grandsons will be the active pallbearers.
