Marguerite Williams Chester, age 95 of White House, passed away July 30, 2021. She was born in Nashville, TN on November 18, 1925 to the late Gailie and Hazel Williams. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Gilford Chester, and brothers, G.W. Williams and Lawrence Williams. She is survived by her daughters, Yvonne Honeycutt, and Sandra (Ronnie) Stubblefield; grandsons, Ron Honeycutt, Jon (Cheri) Honeycutt, Amanda (Donnie) Blassl, and their father, Ronnie Honeycutt; great-grandsons Ronald and Codie Honeycutt; great-granddaughters, Kayla and Kylie Blassl; great-great-grandson Luke Honeycutt; brother Gerald Williams, sisters, Audrey Ennis, Shirley Jones; sisters-in-law, Dot Williams and Sue Williams, and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Chester worked for many years as a bookkeeper for First American Bank, Whites Creek Bank, and G.S. Moore and Son. Although she enjoyed working, she retired early so she and her husband could tend to their farm, and she could be a home maker to her family. She founded a home making organization in White House and was very active until she finally reached her true retirement. Visitation will be at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, White House on Tuesday August 3, 2021 from 11 am until the service at 1:30 pm in the Chapel. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Goodlettsville.
