Mable Baird

BAIRD, Mable R., age 94, of Hendersonville passed away on May 6, 2006. She was born in Maury County on June 28, 1911. She retired from Bell South after serving for 41 years. Mrs. Baird is preceded in death by her husband, John L. Baird and son, Dr. Charles R. Baird. She is survived by her son, Stanley Loretta Baird; daughter, Carolyn Everett Parsons; daughter-in-law, Sarah Baird; grandchildren, Debbie Parsons, Becky Dison, Rachel Jones, Charles Baird, Ann Stansel, Donald Parsons, John Baird and six great-grandchildren. Mrs. Baird was a member of First Baptist Church in Hendersonville. Visitation with family will be at Hendersonville Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 9, from 2pm til 7pm. Funeral services will be conducted from the chapel of Hendersonville Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 10, at 10am with Rev. Courtney Wilson officiating. Pallbearers will be Charles Baird, John Baird, Donald Parsons, Rick Stansel, Ben Trotter, Jr., and Nick Gregory. Interment will follow in Hendersonville Memory Gardens.
