Snider, Lurana, "Roni", age 74 of New Hampshire, graduate of Spaulding High School, Dover, N.H., but residing in West Nashville. Survived by husband of 52 years, Elmer "Poppa" Ellis Snider; children, James Ellis Lisa Snider, Louan Tillman, Kevin Boyd Denise Snider and Karli Carroll; grandchildren, James Thomas Snider, Nicolas Boyd Snider, Jessica Eden Snider, Tiffanie Snider Jeff Hand, Sabrina Snider Ragan, Heather Snider, Kevin "Bubba" Boyd Snider II and Ellis Mackenzie Carroll; great-grandchildren, Aubrey Michelle, Bailey Kristine and Kenzie Paige Hand, Emma Kate Ragan and one we haven't met yet. Also survived by extended family members, Julia "Honey" and Billy Duffel, Richard and Jane Harris and family, Barbara Penrod and family, Becky Wilson Gregory and families from Calvary Baptist Church. VFW Post 1970 and Ben "Benji" Cook and the whole crew from Wendell Smith's Restaurant and lastly her beloved Tom Brady and the New England Patriots, The Boston Red Sox and The Vanderbilt Commodores. Family will receive friends from 2-6 p.m. Monday, April 9, 2007, at West Harpeth Funeral Home. Memorial service will immediately follow, Dr. Fred Johnson officiating. Burial will be held at a later date awaiting the arrival of Poppa. Honorary pallbearers will be Senator Douglas Henry, The Honorable William Higgins, The Honorable Bill Faimon, The Honorable John Brown, Mayor Richard Fulton, Mayor Bill Boner, Chief Buck Dozier, and The Honorable Carol Solomon.
