Louise Beavers, age 78 of Hendersonville passed away July 2, 2016 at her home. She was born on August 29, 1937 in Tate, Georgia to the late Tillman and Estelle Bozeman. Mrs. Beavers was a very talented piano player, lending her talents to many churches in the area and was a member of Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. Always wanting to help others, Mrs. Beavers volunteered at NHC in Hendersonville for many years; she will be remembered for her generosity, giving to many charitable organizations, including those who help to build water wells in Africa. Mrs. Beavers and her late husband owned and operated Beaverwood Audio-Video in Hendersonville which they considered a ministry because it allowed them to work with many churches and Christian musicians. Of all the things in Mrs. Beavers' life, the most important to her was the love of her Lord and the love of her family who will miss her greatly. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Clyde Beavers in 2015; and her brothers, Grady, T.J. and Steve Bozeman. She is survived by her children, Melissa Beavers Rogers (Jackie), Marty C. Beavers (Robin), Tonya Beavers Gregory (David); grandchildren, Tosha Gregory Smart, Christie Ross, Daniel Beavers, Lisa Rogers, Katrina Sanders, Tamera Gregory Satterfield and Chad Gregory; 8 great-grandchildren, and sisters, Bobbie Brooks and Dorothy Keever. Funeral Services will be conducted on Wednesday, July 6th at 1:00 P.M. from the Chapel of Cole & Garrett in Goodlettsville with Bro. Calvin Carroll officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be: Brandon Satterfield, Dan Smart, Chad Gregory, Daniel Beavers, David Gregory and Jackie Rogers. Visitation with the family will be on Tuesday from 4-8 P.M. and on Wednesday from 11 A.M. until service time.
