MILLER, Linda Faye "Super Nanny", Age 64 departed this life on October 11, 2011. Preceded in death by her daughter, Wendy Wray. Survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Jesse Miller; sister, Wanda Simpson Thomas; daughter, Melinda Pike; grandchildren, Jessica Pike, Cody Wray and Haley Raines; adopted son, Thomas Richardson; beloved companion, Daisy May. Mrs. Miller was an amazing, strong, survivor who overcame death twice. She was a big hearted Christian woman who loved her family especially her grandchildren. Some of her hobbies were cooking, shopping at yard sales and bowling. She was a long time member of Hillview Church of Christ. She was loved by all she met. A Life Celebration will be held 11:30am Saturday with Jim Mickells officiating. Burial to follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Pallbearers will be Edward Faulkner, James Norman Miller, Jr., Eugene Raines, Thomas Simpson, Barry White and Daniel Worley.
