Lattie Collins

Lattie S. Collins, age 74, of Hendersonville, passed away March 1, 2007, after a lengthy illness. Mrs. Collins was a member of the First Baptist Church of Hendersonville and attended the Bill Hall Fellowship Class. Mrs. Collins was preceded in death by her brother, Billy Stinson. Mrs. Collins is survived by her husband of 50 years; John Collins; two brothers, Witt and Lewis Stinson; and 13 neices and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, March 3, 2007, at 1:00 P.M. from the Worship Center of Hendersonville First Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Spring Hill Cemetery. The Collins family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M., Friday, March 2, 2007 at Hendersonville Funeral Home and from 12:00 P.M. until the time of service on Saturday, March 3, 2007 at Hendersonville First Baptist Church. Family will serve as pallbearers. The Bill Hall Fellowship Class and current and retired employees of Nashville Electric Service will act as honorary pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alive Hospice, the American Cancer Society or to the Leukemia Society.
