Survived by his wife, Stephanie Johnson; his children, Elizabeth Johnson, Jasmine Fish, and Jennifer Radcliff; four grandchildren; sisters, Vickie Lou Smith and Lisa Kay Johnson; extended family, Virgil and Hunter Whittum , Victoria R. Newland, Nancye Ward, Tammy and Mandi Madison. Visitation will be at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, Goodlettsville Tuesday from 5-8pm, and Wednesday from 10 am until service time at 2pm.
