Kenneth Michael Grisham, 58, of Hendersonville, passed away suddenly Friday, July 2, 2021. Born in Nashville, June 7, 1963 he was the son of the late Kenneth Harold Grisham and Jo Ann Flatt Grisham. Kenneth was raised in Nashville. He graduated from Stratford High School in East Nashville. He retired from United Parcel Service (UPS) after 41 years of working mostly as a feeder driver. He became very close with many of his co-workers and truly thought of them as family. He was a long-time member of Long Hollow Baptist Church where he loved his role as a greeter. Kenneth was known as “Mike” to his actual family and “Ken” to his work and church families. He was a devoted, caring and loving patriarch. He was a good leader and instructor and leaves a legacy of loving and helping others. He loved attending cruise-ins with his 1970 Chevelle SS. He was a knowledgeable and passionate gun owner and attended many firearm and personal protection classes. He was also a black belt in Hapkido and he developed a keen interest for his drone in his retirement. Kenneth is survived by his life-long sweetheart, Jackie Shree (Eaton) Grisham; his two sons, Steven Michael Grisham (Gina) and Joseph Matthew Grisham (Abbi); his granddaughter, Gracie Ann Grisham, who was the sparkle in his eyes, his sister, Kim Scheree Fox (Tom); his sister-in-laws, Velma Lynn Saunders, Jerri Denise Rabideau and Anita Lee Miller (Steve) and In-Laws, James Cody Eaton, Jr. and the late Barbara Ann Eaton, many nieces and nephews and numerous friends. Visitation will be held Saturday, July 10th at Long Hollow Baptist Church, Hendersonville from 11 am until 2 pm. A celebration of life service will be held at 2 pm, led by Allen Lindsey, followed by interment at Beech Cemetery in Hendersonville. Pallbearers: Brian Brons, Jack Coe, David Eldridge, Joe Groves, Phil Harris, Stanley Morris, Mike Smith, Doug Webb and Honorary Pallbearers: Rex Caroland, Dale Potter, Gil Williams and his extended UPS family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Shackle Island Volunteer Fire Dept. Arrangements have been entrusted to Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, Goodlettsville, TN
