Judy Belcher

Judy Louise Belcher of Cottontown, TN passed away Sunday, September 11, 2016 at her residence in Cottontown. Judy was the daughter of Charles Douglas Belcher and Myrtle Louise Choate Belcher. She was born May 8, 1948 in Madison, Tennessee.

Judy worked as a correctional officer for the State of Tennessee (MTRC).

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Candy Jane Belcher Cole, JoAnne Belcher Elliott; former husband, William Ray Trotter.

Judy is survived by two daughters, Lori Louise Smithson, Ginger Gail Johns and husband John; two brothers, Charles Allen Belcher and his wife Shirley "Shug", Paul Douglas Belcher; four grandchildren, Gary Allen Dull, Jr., Jordan Nicholas Johns, Joseph Ryan Johns and Jacob Allen Johns; also four great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Judy's life will be held Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home in White House, TN with Charles Allen Belcher Smith and Bro. Morris Watson officiating. Interment will follow at Jake Link Cemetery in Cottontown, TN. Serving as pallbearers will be Jordan Johns, Jacob Johns, John Johns, Tony Browder, Lori Smithson and Ginger Johns.

Visitation Tuesday, September 13th from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday 1:00 p.m. until the service at 5:00 p.m.
