Survived by father, Randy Sullivan; mother, Lorrie Travis; sister, Jill Phillip Caldwell; brothers, Jared Amber Sullivan; Michael Sullivan; sister, Rachael Sullivan; grand parents, Harlan and Geraldine Travis; nieces and nephews, Hunter, Hannah Faith and Hayden Caldwell, Kaleigh Brooke Sullivan, Peyton and Blaze Sullivan. The memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 6, 2007 at Harpeth Heights Baptist Church, 8063 Highway 100. Visitation will be Monday 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. at West Harpeth Funeral Home.
