Joshua "Waddy" David Allen, age 16 of Portland passed away on Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at his residence. He was preceded in death by a sister, Erica Allen. Survived by his parents, Walter and Linda Allen of Portland; sisters, Sonja Waggoner Paul of Portland, Megan Allen of Portland; brothers, Eric Allen Judy of Westmoreland, Jacob Allen of Portland; nieces and nephews, Lindsay Allen, Lane Allen, Hailey Waggoner, Rheanna Waggoner, Aleena Waggoner, Katelyn Siador, Justin Siador; Teacher, Pam Puckett; Nurses, Paula Simmons, Mae Bradshaw, Cheryl Kelley, Keith Barwick. Graveside service will be conducted on Friday, February 19, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. from the Sumner Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
