Joseph Dimenno

Joseph Anthony DiMenno, 78 of Hendersonville, TN. Lover of life, family, music, good Italian food, sports, sunshine and a lively debate. Dancer, artist, carpenter, tailor, gardner. Doting grandfather, intensely proud father, passionately devoted husband, partner and friend. Joe died peacefully in the loving presence of his family on May 28, 2008. He is survived by his loving wife and friend of 29 years, Sherree DiMenno; Daughters, JoRae DiMenno, Theresa DiMenno John Sorenson Cindy Smith, Cathy Troutt Tony, Joey DiMenno; Son, Matthew Smith Heather; Grandchildren, Mary Ellen & Andrew Troutt, Zed DiMenno, Carter & Walker Smith; Brothers, Louis, Anthony, and Michael DiMenno; Nephews, Mark, Mike, David, Vincent, and Christopher DiMenno, Benjamin Carter; Brother-in-law, Gere Carter Lisa. A Memorial Service will be conducted at 2 pm, May 31, from Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church with Father William Bevington, Celebrant. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 pm Saturday at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
