Joseph John Bugiada,49, of Springfield, passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2021. Born October 26, 1971 in Newburgh, NY he was the son of David M. Bugiada and Catherine Rothschild Bugiada. Joe is also survived by his sons, Seth Bugiada and Noah Bugiada; brother, Jason F. Bugiada; sisters, Jennifer M. Prohidney and Jessica L. Bugiada; former wife and mother of his children, Anna Bugiada; grandmothers, Marianne Armour and Alice Lynch; nephews, Tyler Prohidney, Christopher Roberson and Joseph Roberson; nieces, Olivia Prohidney and Olivia Roberson; Aunts and Uncles, Victoria Weed, William Weed, Diane Crudele (Tony), and Darlene Conklin; cousins, Devin, Kyle, Danielle, John, Lauren and Carlos; and many friends. Joe was raised and educated in Newburgh, NY where he graduated from Newburgh Free Academy High School with the class of 1990. He had resided in middle Tennessee since 2001. Joe was a veteran of the US Air Force serving in support of Operation Desert Shield / Desert Storm. He had worked for various companies in middle Tenn including, Air Gas, Yellow Freight and most recently for Pe Ben. Joe was a "Star Wars fanatic" who also loved Ford Mustangs, enjoyed working on cars and was a rabid Miami Dolphins fan. He was known to make friends wherever he went and was always giving and nonjudgmental. His wit, sense of sarcasm and laughter will be missed by those who knew him. Visitation will be held from 2 until 5 pm, Saturday, January 23rd at Cole & Garrett Funeral Home, Goodlettsville, TN followed by a celebration of life service with military honors at 5 pm.
