Jose Garcia

Mr. Jose Maximino Garcia, age 30, of Welborn Avenue, Wilkesboro, died Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. Mr. Garcia was born June 28, 1979 in Chicago, Illinois to Ramon and Maria Leon Garcia. He was general manager at the family owned Chile Verde Mexican Restaurant. Mr. Garcia was preceded in death by his brother, Juan M. Garcia and his grandfather, Juan Garcia.

Surviving are his wife, Dawn Marie Skinner Garcia of the home; his parents, Ramon and Ma.Luisa Leon Garcia of Wilkesboro; one brother, Cesar Garcia of Wilkesboro; and four sisters, Irma Garcia of Madison, Tennessee, Ana Flores, Imelda Garcia both of Gallatin, Tennessee, Yesenia Ayala of Stallings, North Carolina.

The family will receive friends at Miller Funeral Service from 6:00 until 9:00 o'clock Friday night. Flowers will be accepted. Funeral Mass will be held 12:00 noon, Monday, February 22, 2010 at St. John Vianney Catholic Church in Gallatin, Tennessee with Father Fernando Lopez officiating. Burial will follow in Crestview Memorial Park in Gallatin, Tennessee.
