Finch, Johnnie, 73, March 4, 2007. Faithful husband, father and friend. Long-time member of West Nashville Church of God. Devoted Boy Scout Leader and volunteer for more than 15 years. He received the Long Rifle award in 1982 and completed the Wood Badge course in 1986. Survived by loving wife of 50 years, Kathy Finch; children, Johnnie Thomas Ruth Finch, Tim Gwen Finch, Tammie Daniel Sutherland; grandchildren, Craig Christie Finch, Lauren Kate Finch, Daniel Sutherland V; great grandchild, Caiden Finch; brothers, James Finch, Willie Craig; sisters, Bernice Sweeney and Irene Brown. The funeral service will be 12 noon Wednesday, March 7, 2007 at West Harpeth Funeral Home with Robb Blackaby officiating. Interment will follow at Alsobrooks Cemetery in Erin, TN. Memorials may be made to the Boy Scouts of America Middle Tennessee Council, Nashboro District, 3414 Hillsboro Pike, Nashville, TN 37215.
