He is survived by his mother, Sarah Crawford; daughter, Elise Tracy Simmons; son, Chris Crawford; grandchildren, Harrison Simmons, and Hunter Crawford; sisters, Dee Die Bob Wallace, and Joan Beane; former wife, Roxie Crawford. A memorial service will be held Thursday April 20th, 2006 at 6PM at West Harpeth Funeral Home.
